About the Consultant

Sam Hayek has more than 13 years of hospitality experience and has opened cafes around Sydney which have grown to become successful and profitable businesses.

​He operates the Grounds Keeper Café in Western Sydney’s Blacktown, where he is the head chef, and offers catering and functions from small private functions to special celebrations and corporate events.

He believes all facets of a business are important and harnesses his extensive knowledge to advise his clients on all areas of their café.
