Through years of running his own business, Sam has built skills in all areas of operations. He is able to assist his clients in their strategy and operations, from knowing their target customer and calculating how much the business needs to earn to cover expenses, to sourcing, training and maintaining quality staff.

He is able to pass on his skills to the staff, from barista to chef training, and sets them up to continue passing on industry knowledge to new staff members.

He also experienced at creating and implementing Occupational Health and Safety and other procedures and bookkeeping. He is skilled at negotiating contracts and strives for nothing short of the best deal.
